KESKUS structural concrete now complete!
With the mega-pour on the eastern half of the site coming up to hardness faster than expected, the post-tensioning was done in the first days of October and the courtyard grade beams were poured halfway through the month. /// Kuna pinnase idapoolne megavalamine kõvenes oodatust kiiremini, tehti järelpingutus oktoobri esimestel päevadel ja hoovitalad valati poole kuu pealt.
The forms for the courtyard pour have now been stripped and carted off from the site as seen in at the end of the rooftop timelapse camera. Soon we'll be saying goodbye to the team from Limen, our forming contractors, with a heartfelt thank you for the excellent, patient, co-operative work in getting the deep and shallow foundation work of the Centre expertly brought to fruition. We'll see them again when the floor plates are ready to be poured. /// Hoovitalade valamise vormid on nüüd eemaldatud ja objektilt minema viidud, nagu näha video lõpus. The structural steel to support the new heritage house layout has been installed and the electrical and mechanical system install continues in the basement area behind the heritage wing. /// Uut muinsuskaitsealuse maja planeeringut toetav konstruktsiooniteras on paigaldatud ning elektri- ja mehaanilise süsteemi paigaldamine jätkub muinsuskaitsealuse tiiva taga asuval keldrialal.
Next up as we await the structural steel production and arrival on site, is remediation and restoration of the heritage house masonry, with the tenders now returned. /// Seni kui ootame konstruktsiooniterase tootmist ja kohale jõudmist, toimub muinsuskaitse all oleva tiiva müüritise korrastamine ja taastamine, mille hinnapakkumised on nüüd tagastatud.
