Update / Teade # 214
KESKUS International Estonian Centre construction looking to span tunnels next.
With the TTC work over the western half of the exposed subway tunnels completed and covered up again, work on the eastern half is underway. The consultants are inspecting the tunnel surface and renewing the design drawings for the second phase of work.
/// TTC tööd on metrootunnelite läänepoolses osas objektil lõpetatud ja uuesti kinni kaetud ja tööd käivad nüüd idapoolses osas. Konsultandid vaatavad üle tunneli pinna ja uuendavad teise etapi tööde projektjooniseid.
The caisson and pile caps along the southern edge of the site are being formed first. This will prepare the area for the forming of the grade beams designed to support the ground floor slab above. /// Esmalt valmistatakse ette platsi lõunaserva kessooni- ja vaiapealdised betooni valamiseks . Sellega saab valmis esimese korruse põrandaplaadi toetamine.
The eastern half of the ground floor slab behind the heritage house has been poured and the shoring in the basement below is being stripped out. Rebar in the basement of the heritage building is being completed for the new structural floor and perimeter walls. Work continues on the connection between the existing heritage basement and the new basement already constructed.. /// Muinsuskaitsealuse maja taga asuva esimese korruse plaadi idapoolne pool on valatud ja all keldris oleva ajutiste tugisammaste eemaldamine käib. Muinsuskaitsealuse hoone keldris on valmimas armatuur uue konstruktsioonilise põranda ja piirseinte jaoks. Jätkuvad tööd olemasoleva muinsuskaitsealuse keldri ja juba ehitatud uue keldri vahelise ühenduse loomisel.
